Many people make the assumption that once you graduate, you’ll have it figured out. You should be on the “path to success”. You should get a professional job and begin your career. However, it is not uncommon to graduate and still not know the best path. This can lead to discouragement and reduce your effectiveness.

Session 1
Initial Consultation
Here we address goals and questions, creating a cohesive understanding of the process.
Session 2
Personality Assessment
Using either the DiSC or Myers Briggs model, we will uncover how your personality affects your world.
Session 3
Career Assessment
Though this in-depth tool, we will begin to gain an understanding of what work environments fit you best and start to match you with career fields.
Even when your sessions are complete, we maintain an ongoing relationship with you to ensure all of your needs are met and your questions answered. By staying connected, you always have access to more knowledge about yourself throughout life’s changes!
