My experience with Julie and The Know You Project has been so beneficial to my understanding of myself. Not only did I learn several aspects of my personality that surprised me, but I also gained an understanding of other peoples’ personalities. A program like this is so valuable for teenagers in high school because it helps one sort through their chaotic ideas of his or herself. You really discover what you’re passionate about and how you can apply that in the real world.
RebekahGoing through this process I did not know what to expect and was very anxious to figure out what my strengths and weakness were. I was excited at the opportunity to figure out what major I would most likely enjoy and connect with strongly. I learned a lot about myself and how I interact with others that I had not realized before.
The assessments were extremely helpful and having Julie walk me through what each category meant only helped establish what I may want to do in my life! This process was an outstanding help for me to understand better what environment I prefer to be in and guide me on what to study in the years to come. I highly suggest this course – Julie is wonderful at what she does and will be a tremendous help!
One of my favorite parts is that Julie does not just tell you what you would be good at according to the assessments, she forms a relationship with you and gets to know you and what you enjoy or don’t enjoy. This is why this is so effective in my opinion, because she knows who you are as a friend not only just a client, but wants what is best for you.
JamesThe Know You Project gave me a new perspective of myself. When it was introduced to me, I was confused and a little indifferent to the idea. But as soon as I met Julie and she introduced the Project, I knew that the Project could do something good for me even in a rough stage in life, confusion and being unsure of myself. After we went through the steps and I had learned where I could and someday stand in society, I became a more social and self-aware person. It was all God’s perfect timing that He allowed Julie to come and bring the Project. I know myself even amongst others now if the Project had not been introduced.

VirginiaRight before big milestones or changes in your life, it is common to have the feelings of, ‘What am I doing?’ or ‘What if I am making the wrong choice?’ or even worse, ‘WHO AM I?’. For me, the summer before heading off to college was filled with these emotions. My time with Julie answered many of those questions through a series of interviews, personality tests, lessons, and more. Because of The Know You Project, I was able to take a microscopic look at my life, what I believe, and what gifts God has given me to make me, me!
While it may seem like the project is all about you, it actually allowed me to also see the gifts that others have and taught me how to work effectively and cohesively with people who may be very different from me. Life is never going to be easy, but it can be easier if you know how to approach it with what God has given you. Julie and The Know You Project did just that for me. I may not have His plan or design all figured out, but I can now say the college freshman that was unsure of what she was doing or what was in God’s plan for her is ready to tackle her dreams and challenges with gusto and confidence.

The Know You Project and Julie Champion’s expertise was very valuable to our graduating senior son. Prior to meeting with Julie, he had little direction and little knowledge of what he was gifted in and type of job he would be best suited for. After meeting with Julie and going through the Know You Project we gained vision and helpful information regarding his strengths, talents, personality and giftings.
This new information has helped us make plans for his future and helped our relationship with our son as we have gotten to know him and understand him better. This process also narrowed down the many career choices available and helped him have a specific career pursuit.

DruDigging deeper into spiritual gifts, understanding how our career interests connect with our gifts and the need to calm pre-college jitters are all reasons we chose to have our daughter work with Julie. The weeks Julie spent working with our daughter allowed our daughter to explore in a non-threatening way her thoughts on so many issues. Julie’s personal style and the way she connected with our daughter allowed her to ask herself questions and explore thoughts she had been holding inside for some time.
My husband and I would both highly recommend parents having their high school and college age children working with Julie. The confidence and deeper understanding of God’s work in her life our daughter had after these sessions was such a blessing. We will most definitely have Julie work with our son as well.
CathrynMy 17 year old son was interested, engaged and raves about the process. Julie won’t map out your child’s future, but will help him focus on where his interests and passions lie. It narrowed the possible fields of study and motivated him to look into college majors he hadn’t thought about. Choosing your area of study can be overwhelming to anyone, especially a smart kid with very broad interests. Julie helped him narrow his focus to a handful of fields that he was motivated to learn more about. I highly recommend her.

For years I’ve been looking for a career that speaks to my strengths and personality. Until the Know You Project, I just tried everything I was offered, with bad results. No personal assessment has ever been this fruitful or accurate for me. The Know You Project showed me the areas of career interests that I should be focusing on and researching – but in a way that was completely modified to my circumstance.
